Today Rick Riordan, author of the Percy Jackson novels, tweeted about the internet rumors concerning his upcoming book “The Mark of Athena” (release date fall 2012). Riordan writes that none of the rumors, which are mostly about the content of the book, can be true because he hasn’t finished writing it yet. Riordan stated, “Since the story exists only in my head and partially on my laptop all MoA rumors are rubbish!”
Tweeting between the filming for a new interview with Nick News, Riordan also posted a link to his FAQs which contain some very interesting information including that he is already planning his next series which will revolve around Norse mythology.
