On Monday, author Rick Riordan posted on his blog the new cover art for the graphic novel version of The Red Pyramid which will be released October 2nd of this year. The Red Pyramid is the first book in The Kane Chronicle series which follows the Egyptian adventures of Carter and Sadie Kane.

The new book has been adapted from the original novel by Orpheus Collar. Orpheus also worked on Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief graphic novel. You can discover more about this artist on his website.
