Spoilers (source linked in the x):

Every major couple on the show – Will/Emma, Santana/Brittany, Kurt/Blaine, Rachel/Finn – will struggle in the episode. Brad Falchuk says, “I’m not going to say who breaks up and who doesn’t, but they all — Santana/Brittany, Kurt/Blaine, Will/Emma, Rachel/Finn — get kicked in the nuts. And it’s all about how do they recover — and can they recover? And some don’t. Absolutely some don’t. Of those couples, not all of them are going to make it. It’s like Titanic.” He also acknowledges that Finn/Rachel and Kurt/Blaine will be especially vulnerable. (x)

Finn’s departure from the army will be explained and we’ll see him at bootcamp. (x)

Leaky News Speculation:

Everyone who has seen the episode – cast and crew as well as very few select media personalities – has said it’s the best episode Glee has ever done. There have only been two promo images released (as opposed to the usual 4-6) and the media are playing it close to their chest, which either means the Powers That Be either didn’t release many details/scenes, or there’s nothing in the episode to tease without giving away major moments. Either way it means that the episode is plot heavy from start to finish.
