Two big developments in the land of The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, posted right now because we think we don’t do enough coverage of that web series around here:
This afternoon the Lydia Bennet Sex Tape website went down.
Reasons “beyond our control”? What does that mean? Beyond the company’s control would seem to indicate lawyer action, no?
Then there was this:
In response to many questions we’re getting today, our company is undergoing some changes. We can’t say any more at this time.

Has Darcy bought the company? If so let me say:
That comes from here, and is chosen because, well, we’re all gonna dance around for Darcy when the smooching happens, let’s do a little Gigi love too.
What’s hilarious about all of this is that not only did we all know this was going to happen, there was a countdown to when(ish) it was going to happen. Yet the Lizzie Bennet Tumblr tag has exploded in raptures of joy and the comments section from the last article has just about fainted on itself in a corseted swoop.
Anyone who says well-told stories aren’t real is on something.
