The 2012 MTV Movie Awards took place at the Gibson Amphitheatre this weekend and The Hunger Games nabbed four awards, including Best Performance (Female) for Jennifer Lawrence, Best Performance (Male) for Josh Hutcherson, Best Fight for Lawrence, Hutcherson and Alexander Ludwig and their Cornucopia bust up and Best On-Screen Transformation for Elizabeth Banks, who played Effie Trinket.
Harry Potter grabbed a couple of awards for itself as well, proving that the bespectacled wizard is still on everyone’s mind. Deathly Hallows: Part 2 won Best Cast and Best Hero. See the full list of winners at this link, where you can also watch the acceptance speeches!
