BBC Worldwide has released an “introduction” trailer for Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, the first in a new series of Doctor Who console games. Executive producer Simon Harris and design director Nick Dixon discuss development of The Eternity Clock, revealing game play in two time periods simultaneously, hat-collecting for the Doctor, and the prospect of new material from River Song’s diary.

Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will be released on Playstation 3 on May 23rd and Playstation Vita on June 13th. A PC version will follow.
