Once Upon a Time Sneak Peeks!

Three new videos for Once Upon a Time‘s season 2 have arrived, thanks to Perez Hilton. All three previews are scenes taken from episode one of the upcoming season, titled “Broken.”

The first of the previews shows the town walking through Storybrooke after the lifting of the curse. Snow and Charming try to discuss being Emma’s parents, but it seems like Emma is having a pretty hard time adjusting to the idea of her long-lost parents being fairytale characters. It might take a while for the three of them to become one big, happy family. Emma’s primary concern appears to be sorting out the curse and Mr. Gold’s betrayal. But we certainly should expect some emotional moments of Emma coping with her new family.

The second of the clips is an exchange between Rumpelstiltskin/ Mr. Gold and his lost love, Belle. He seems bent on getting revenge on Regina for having kept Belle locked up for the past three decades. Belle tries to convince him not to give into his hate, but Rumpelstiltskin’s character is not one easily swayed from the path of anger. It seems likely that a showdown will occur between him and Regina sometime in this season.

In the last of the three sneak peaks, Charming locks Regina up in the town jail. He asks a question that has been plaguing the minds of many Once Upon a Time fans since the season one finale, “If the curse is broken, why didn’t we go back?” Indeed, it is curious why the people of Storybrooke did not return to the Fairy Tale world after the curse broke, but Regina tells Charming that that land is gone now. Is there a way to get that land back? Is Regina lying? Or is everyone stuck in Storybrooke forever?

Watch all of the sneak peaks below!

What did you think of the three scenes? What are your predictions for the new season that starts next Sunday, September 30th? Let us know in the comments!

I am so excited for the Mr Gold/REgina scene. Those two… it will be epic. I love their confrontations, especially the one in Skin Deep.

I loved the first season of Once Upon A Time, but I’m a little disappointed that they broke the curse so quickly. I’m still excited for the second season though, especially with Belle and Rumpelstiltskin being reunited. I’m working at DISH when the new season airs, but my Hopper DVR has Primetime Anytime. It will automatically record all the prime time shows on the four major networks, including Once Upon a Time and Revenge (another of my favorites). Hopefully they’ll build on the tension between Rumpelstiltskin and Regina and the show won’t fizzle out now that the curse is broken.
