Author Rick Riordan was busy yesterday posting lots of new pictures from the upcoming graphic novel versions of Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Sea of Monsters and The Kane Chronicles: The Red Pyramid.
On the his blog, Riordan shared the design process for The Red Pyramid which will be released October 2nd, the same release date as The Heroes of Olympus: The Mark of Athena. The graphics show how artists begin with rough pencil sketches of each page, then polish and add color and text for the final product. Riordan plans on posting another page sometime next week.
On his tumblr, he gave fans a preview of The Sea of Monsters cover art. This graphic novel hits shelves July 2nd, 2013.
