With just 30 more days to go before Rick Riordan’s Mark of Athena is released, the author posted the official promotional poster for the book on his tumblr. The poster features the book’s cover art as well as the new character art the author revealed over the past week.
The Mark of Athena is the 3rd installment in The Heroes of Olympus series (not including The Demigod Diaries - a supplemental mini novel) which follows both Greek and Roman demigods in their quests to unite and close the Doors of Death. The series is set to contain 5 books in all with books 4 and 5 due out in Fall 2013 and 2014.
Riordan is planning to go on tour in the United States to promote the book and will release details soon.
