TVLine has just reported that the CW’s “Gossip Girl” will send out its final blast with a shortened season six.
The 11-episode season (less than a half order) will be helmed by Stephanie Savage, who developed it with Josh Schwartz. The change has been made to replace current showrunner Joshua Safran, who will be leading “Smash” starting next season.
This means you only get eleven more snark attacks by our resident Angry Brit and Dair-Forever fan, Rosi. (Read her latest recap here.)
It also means we are likely to learn the identity of the most famous hugs-and-kisses-er on television. Bets: Jenny from the Block? Dorota? Dan? Georgina? (Hmm, not even WordPress likes that one.) We know, we know: It’s Rufus. Your thoughts?
